Mercer Repz – Return & Refund Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

At Mercer Repz, the health and safety of our animals is our top priority. We guarantee that all reptiles are shipped alive and in healthy condition when shipped through approved overnight shipping services.

To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, customers must:

• Be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
• Have temperatures between safe shipping ranges at both locations
• Provide accurate shipping information
• Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with any concerns
• Provide clear photos/videos of the animal and packaging if an issue occurs

Failure to follow these requirements voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Health Guarantee

We guarantee our reptiles are healthy, feeding, and properly represented at the time of sale.

If a health issue arises within 7 days of delivery:

• Contact us immediately
• Provide photos/videos and veterinary documentation if requested
• Do not attempt treatment without contacting us first

We reserve the right to offer:

• Replacement animal
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund (case dependent)

Returns

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are generally final.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The wrong animal was sent
• The animal arrives with a verified issue covered under our guarantee
• A return is approved directly by Mercer Repz

Approved returns must:

• Be shipped overnight
• Be properly packaged
• Arrive safely and healthy

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Deposits & Holds

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Payment plans may be offered on select animals
• Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of deposits and holds

Shipping Delays

Mercer Repz is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
• Packages left unattended after delivery

We monitor weather closely and may delay shipments for animal safety.
